Use of the App
- XO Rush is a free-to-play mobile game with optional in-app purchases.
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Account
You can create an account by signing in with Google or playing as a guest. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
In-App Purchases
- XO Rush may offer in-app purchases for virtual items (coins, skins, etc.).
- All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms.
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Refund requests should be directed to Google Play support.
Fair Play
- You must not use cheats, hacks, or exploits to gain unfair advantages.
- You must not create multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard.
- You must not harass, abuse, or send inappropriate content to other players.
- Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
Virtual Currency
XO Rush features virtual coins that can be earned through gameplay or purchased. These coins are used to enter matches, purchase skins, and other in-game activities. Virtual currency has no real-world value.
Advertisements
XO Rush may display advertisements from third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). By using the app, you agree to view these advertisements.
Intellectual Property
All content in XO Rush, including but not limited to the game design, graphics, characters (including DORA the mascot), sounds, and code, is the property of YS Dev and is protected by copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
XO Rush is provided "as is" without any warranties. YS Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
